Hiring demand for dental professionals is incredibly strong for both clinical & non-clinical roles. The increase in hiring is mostly due to companies wanting to bring back employees lost to downsizing during the pandemic. This year there has been robust hiring for startup dental & orthodontic companies. Overall, we’re experiencing tremendous demand for experienced candidates in the commercial dental sector.
We continue to see mixed results at the national job level, mostly due to hourly workers not yet returning to pre-pandemic labor hours. There are more jobs than people for these hourly positions & this also happens to be the case in dentistry.
